Audrey Freidin has experience designing and presenting interiors-related seminars for interior designers, affiliated professionals and associated trades people. Recent clients inlcude the National Association of Green Agents and Brokers (NAGAB), Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Canadian Decorators' Association (CDECA), Designers Walk Toronto, Connect Resource Managers Inc. Her seminar "Preparing an RFP for Systems Furniture" has been accredited as a continuing education unit by both US and Canadian regulating bodies for Interior Design continuing education and has been presented several times. Audrey has experience teaching interior design at Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning and Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She has developed and taught courses on sustainable interiors for inclusion in first year and third year design curricula. For more than 17 years Audrey supported the sales and marketing efforts of the Toronto showroom of Haworth Inc. as a Design Consultant. In this role she actively advised colleagues and clients on office design and application issues, such as ergonomics and office planning. She gained considerable expertise and experience preparing and delivering training seminars and workshops during this tenure. Audrey holds a Master in Environmental Studies (M.E.S.) from York University , a Bachelor of Interior Design (B.I.D.) from the University of Manitoba, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the University of Toronto. She is a retired member of the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO), where she has chaired and served on several committees. Audrey is a LEED® accredited professional.
